Congrats to aggiebirds on the FTF

Easy P&G ... and BYOP

This place has been lonely for some time and needed a little extra traffic, hence the name. This was on old Sun Coast bank but it no longer is here and the building is not in use. This should be a good one for kids as well .. should be pretty easy for their line of sight . Good luck!
