Sauls Mound - tired yet? Climb the stairs to the top of this mound and you will be! Well, sit and rest a spell. And look for something small! Please don't drop it, and let me know if you do!
Sauls Mound #9 is the central mound of the Pinson Complex and is the largest Middle Woodland mound in the United States. The base of the mound is rectangular with each corner aligned with a cardinal direction.
