I'm placing three geocaches in Emil Kissel Park, and I highly suggest tweezers for all three of the containers. Please be gentle with the containers and their surroundings to keep them evil (and they are evil). Please log your DNFs or Needs Maintenances, and message me if you need a hint.
This is the second listing of this cache due to the first one being archived from DNFs. It is still exactly where I last left it. I'll raise the difficulty a little bit.
