We called this Draughty Valley as it was like a wind tunnel today, its real name is Sharnberry Gill, its only about a third of a mile walk from where I parked , the track along is easy going and public footpath, I gave it an extra half point on terrain as you have to cross a little DAMP patch and it will probably be a bigger damp patch in the winter, but I never got wet feet,I had trainers on , you can come in from the Hamsterly forest side but that would make it a ten mile round trip, so its best to park on the road between Stanhope and Middleton in Teesdale, parking for 7 or 8 cars .
the cache is a 3lt. box and contains
Antiseptic wipes , yo-yo,Hankies, Pears soap , Stapler and staples, Rubber,Photo frame, Sewing kit and Geometry set
all new stuff and nothing from other caches,
A pair of wellies may be of help to cross the bog
