Connectivity Mystery Cache

A little puzzle here to maybe take geocachers back to days gone by.  As kids we could sit around and work on these little puzzles for hours. The cache is not at the listed coordinates.  Solving the puzzle described below will reveal the true coords for the geocache location.

Straightedge

Pencil (you  may need to do a little erasing)
