Kitashirakawa batting Center (Kitashirakawa Sportsland). Aka: "Kitabachi". The building stood until five years ago across the street from Kyoto University. Named batting center is about, but it is comprehensive playground protruding increase its frame.
"Kitabachi" was a playground that I had been present there since I was a child. And I spent here happily adolescent-youth.
November 27, 2011, closed being missed in a lot of people. Now it has become to the supermarket.
北白川バッティングセンター（北白川スポーツランド）。通称:「キタバチ」。京都造形大の向かい側に5年前までその建物は建っていた。バッティングセンターという名前はついているが、その枠を大きくはみ出した総合遊技場である。
「キタバチ」は私が子供の頃からそこに存在していた遊び場であった。そしてここで思春期・青春時代を楽しく過ごした。
2011年11月27日、多くの人たちに惜しまれつつ閉店。今はスーパーマーケットになっている
