There's lots of wildlife in this area; in particular, look for white deer during your one mile walk to the cache. The hills are very gentle and, except for the last few feet, you won't have to leave the well-marked trail or do any climbing to get to this cache.
The cache itself is a green ammo box. Its initial contents are:
- a geocache welcome message (laminated)
- a log book and pen
- a mini mag lite
- a sealed pack of Cinnamon Altoids (always!)
- a wheresgeorge.com dollar
- an American flag for your car's antenna
- Griz the traveler (found in the Fellowship of the Ring cache)
- a fuzzy, stuffed lobster toy
- a SCUBA diver LEGO mini-fig
- a map of the Oregon Trail
- a wooden top
- a rubber duck
- a toy jet fighter
- a wooden locomotive
- two AA batteries
Also hidden in the cache itself is a clue or hint that will help you find a forthcoming mystery geocache.
Please leave the cache at least as well hidden as it was when you found it--it should be completely invisible from the trail. Also, please step carefully to avoid undue erosion to the hillside.
The park does not permit pets on this particular trail, even if they're on a leash.
