Geocache Description:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: research the target, gather any required materials, assemble your team, reach the middle of the lake, retrieve the underwater cache set by the recently-returned agent Darkmoon and his cunning henchmen, and sign the logs.

As always, should you or any other member of your G.M.I.F. Team be caught or killed, General Disarray will disavow any knowledge of your actions. This document will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck!

Spring is here, and we are ready to spring into action! Make your 12:00 lunch plans to meet, greet, and eat delicious Western Sizzlin' food with your fellow cachers - then after lunch, for those who are inclined to do so, we will gather at the pond just to the west of the restaurant, put some boats into the frigid waters, make our way to the center, and attempt to score that most coveted of caching trophies: a 5/5 Darkmoon!

The Geo-Mission: Impossible! event series is intended to enable geocachers to gather and use their collective skills, knowledge, and abilities to complete difficult or challenging geocaches and to encourage the design and placement of such caches. Events will begin with a brief meet-and-greet-and-eat followed a discussion of the nature of challenging geocaches and the techniques required to complete them. Given today's mission, particular attention will be given to proper boating equipment, techniques, and safety; attendees are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience with the rest of the team. After the event those interested will move on to nearby geocaches to put what we learned into action. As always, attendees are encouraged to bring any gear or TOTTs that may be of use in the mission. For this one, you must bring a personal flotation device; I won't let you in the boat without it. You're gonna get wet!
