This puzzle uses a cipher I thought of as a teenager and finally have you good people to share it with. It's a basic number-to-alphabet puzzle but you'll need to figure out the pattern and what it relates to in order to claim this smiley.

It may look daunting... even impossible. You may even just want to give up. However, before you hang your head in defeat, here's a big hint that I'm sure you'll appreciate: If you own a smart phone, there's an app that comes with it that should give you the path to victory here. You may not use the app often but I promise you it's there haha.
Once you've verified your coordinates are correct, you're looking for pretty much the largest camo-ed bison tube you've ever seen. Sign the log and tell your tale to your geobuddies so that they may enjoy this adventure themselves. The container is attached to its location so please just unscrew it and put it back just how you found it. FTF gets an awesome Thor's Hammer keychain and bragging rights to boot. Happy solving!
