The Ol' Hall Multi-Cache

Just a simple offset multicache with two stages. Just figure out the clues at stage one to get the smiley at stage two. The coordinates for the final are N 27° 14.5AB W 080° 49.CD4

When searching for this cache, please be stealthy. Try not to look too suspicious, as it makes people nervous these days.
