Placed along the Kep Track, this series of caches will take you along the route of the former 3'6 WAGR railway line, and the Goldfields Water Supply Scheme pipeline. Beginning at the Mundaring Weir, the track passes through the communities of Mundaring, Mt Helena, Chidlow, Wooroloo, Wundowie, Bakers Hill and Clackline, before finishing 75km away in the town of Northam.
Along the way you will see plenty of remains of what was once a busy line. There are informative plaques placed along the track that point out places of interest, and tell the story of how the original pipeline was constructed.
Ride your horse, mountain bike or walk the track end to end, or do a section at a time. Which ever way you choose, we hope you have fun :)

PLEASE NOTE - Cars, 4wd's and Motorcycles are NOT permitted on the track .. except on a few sections where the track aligns with a public road. Dogs are not permitted from Firewood Road to Mundaring Weir.
