Just a nice area to hike around with winter friendly caches.
Since this is a state game lands there is hunting at times throughout the year.
Please make sure to wear Orange during hunting season. Currently there is no hunting on Sunday's in Pennsylvania.
Caches 45 and 48 –66 make a loop around but you will not come out at parking area #1 but parking area #2. The walk from #2 to #1 is relatively short on the road. You can choose turn back at cache 65 and avoid the narrow steep downhill walk. Please note that at the bottom of this hill you will see LOTS of trash and it appears that you might be walking through a dump site. Don’t worry this is part of the trail out/into the SGL’s.
