This should be an easy cache and dash for everybody, even new cachers and little cachers. Safe area and can even be found at night as the area is well lit. Nearby is a recycling bin for newspapers and cans. Not much room in the cache for swag and BYOP. This one had been archived a few months ago but has now been replaced and ready to go as a brand new cache. Good luck and don't forget to recycle!
