This cache is placed in memory of a truly great man, volunteer, and spirited advocate for the Sara-Cap NYS Parks geocaching program - Paul Gorsage a/k/a Pussyfootin' Pablo 
! Over the last year of his life on this great earth, Paul tirelessly and enthusiastically dedicated his time to various Sara-Cap NYS Parks programs and events while quietly and humbly fighting the demons of cancer... only to have him taken from us too soon this past July. Paul used his enthusiasm for geocaching and the love of the trails of NYS Parks to act as his catharsis while silently fighting his illness - and for that we are truly grateful!
So in honor of his energetic dedication AND our appreciation for his work for the Sara-Cap NYS Parks geocaching program, a young hemlock tree has been planted near the Saratoga Spa Warming Hut (and very close to these coordinates) as he loved visiting the Warming Hut after his Sara-Cap volunteer work and when spending time with family and friends -- and he enjoyed placing caches for his visionary Winter 33 series in hemlock trees - "Timpat style" as he called it, as they were well-hidden and winter-friendly...and every now and then even foiled the best of the local "seasoned cachers" 
! In fact, this cache container was actually created by Paul for his innovative Winter 33 Sara-Cap series! And when this young hemlock tree has grown large enough and can have the fencing removed, the cache will be transferred to its evergreen branches... because that's where Paul would want it to be 
!
