Vic Falls Boat Club Traditional Cache

The Victoria Falls Boat Club is a members clubs however visitors are welcome to stop by and enjoy the scenery, have a beverage/meal or launch a boat for some fishing/pleasure. This spot is very popular for the locals to enjoy their weekends and evening and it often flooded with all age groups. There is a play ground for kids to enjoy, volley ball set up on Thursday evenings, darts for the adults and often events take place at the club. Mostly the locals just love to hang out and enjoy the scenery and each others company.

Please note that the Zambezi River is a part of the Zambezi National Park, so should you launch a boat or go fishing you will need to pay National Parks fees. There is not entry payment required to go to the Club itself.

Being members Club it is not profitable and only sustainable as if you are Non Member as I mentioned you are welcome to come in, relax and enjoy the club as long as you abide by club protocol. You are likely to find friend locals enjoying their time there even some wildlife. Often elephants, hippos, monkeys, warthogs and baboons pass through. Even crocodiles lie on the lawns occasionally.

PLEASE NOTE: All wild animals are dangerous even if they seem friendly, DO NOT feed, pat or get too close to any animals. Please keep a safe distance from the water as it does have crocodiles!
