Geocache Description:

Not far from the Cotswold Way but slightly off the beaten track lies an enormous beech tree.

This is more one for the walkers than the drivers as it can be difficult to park nearby, although you can usually find somewhere on Greenway Lane to leave a car if you're not staying for long. Better to make this part of a longer walk, if you can, starting from Crickley Hill Country Park, the bottom of Greenway Lane or the Hartley Lane car park. From Cheltenham, walk up Crippetts Lane to get here. There's great views whichever way you go.

The cache itself is a small, square, plastic box hand-coloured in camouflage by the kids. Some modest swag/swaps within. From the ornate metal gate that the location will take you to, look across to the huge tree with a yellow waymarker on it. The cache is in contact with the tree.
