In 2011 my two grandchildren and I were with my geocaching son when he found "Is the Easter Bunny on 'Roids II" near here. On May 10, 2015 I checked the cache page and decided to come back and log it on my own, as I'm no longer a muggle. When I got home and logged my find, I found that the cache had been archived since I found it half an hour ago! All summer that spot has been without a cache. I went back in September looking for a good placement for a cache there and to my surprise found the old ammo can, just as I left it in May. Too exposed. After contacting the owner, DPT, he suggested that I use the can after cleaning it up. Thanks DPT! So here it is reborn.
The can is full of goodies, all in separate plastic bags. A log book with pencil. A special TB for FTF to activate.
For cachers: 2 small LED flash lights. One folding mirror with a glove for checking yucky spots. One camoed pill box cache, ready for use. Ten tiny plastic bags to keep small logs dry.( Please take only as many as you'll use.)
For kids of all ages: Two sizable soft toys; one bear and one doll. Two changeable animal cubes. One set of playing cards (two decks). One set of dice. One sea shell combination. "Gold" beads. There are two more bags; one with pens and crayons, the other with small SWAG. Please, keep trading and use the bags. Nothing lose at the bottom of the can, please.
