This is a letterbox cache you must follow the clues to get to the cache
There is a small parking lot nearby, once at the marked location you should be standing at the corner of lock 1 looking South,
you can seen locks 2 and 3 from here, head to lock 3, before you go past lock 3 cross over to the right(west) side now head to the southern edge of lock 3, please don't fall, look left and you should see a gap in the rocks, look down into this hole and you will find the cache
