Similar to Sudoku, this puzzle style uses an additional mathematical aspect.

The new coordinates can be found by solving the following:
S (E1)(B4) (B3)(A2 + D4 + D5).(D1 + C2)(F1 + B1)(F3 - F5)
E (B5)(A4) (D6)(C5).(C1 + D4)(C3 - E4)(A2 + A3 + F6)

Google Earth does place these coordinates in someones pool, you are close, it is on the other side of the boundary wall.
