Neil Road is the eastern edge of L&A County, west of here is Friontenac County and the City of Kingston. It's usually a very quiet (but paved) road, suitable for a long search without worrying about traffic or muggles.
If you've seen one of these before, this should be a quick Park and Grab. If not, you will appreciate the opportunity for a long undisturbed search.
