The 2015 Caesar Creek Geo-trail contains a series of geocaches highlighting fossils that may be found in Southwestern Ohio including Caesar Creek State Park.

The cache is a small camoed plastic jar with a few items - don't forget your own writing utensil.

Psuedofossils are any number of inorganic structures, including concretions, crystal growths, and fracture patterns, that superficially resemble organic remains. Pseudofossils may be misleading, as some types of mineral deposits can mimic lifeforms by forming what appear to be highly detailed or organized structures.
