A new puzzle cache in Steuben County.

'While traveling the area, I discovered a place that needed a cache for cachers to do while waiting for a nearby sporting event to be completed. Or maybe just a place to place a cache. Anyway, the successful cacher will have to solve the following instructions. You will need this information to sign and rehide the log at GZ.
