This is another cache along the Penitencia Creek. A valuable riparian corridor, Penitencia Creek supported steelhead and trout populations as late as 2008, but I have not seen any since. Hopefully these fish will return some day when he current drought relents.
The cache is hidden by one of the fish ladders in the open space upstream of Noble Ave bridge. The container is about the size of a hamburger and has a little room for small items. The terrain can be tricky so mind the rating.
