Scott~and~Deb: This cache is being archived because a new cacher does not like cemetary caches and does not understand cachers and there lust for history and respect for places that provide history.
I am under the impression since the cacher has no finds, no placements and this is the very first one they did not evidently look for they do not know about caching and maybe should have gotten with folks to understand that this is something that provides information and history on the local area.
