One Crazy PUB! Traditional Cache

What is a PUB?  For several years, Orange County Cachers called them "boogers" but some of us thought had a bit of a disgusting sound to it.  So I changed the name to PUB, Public Utility Box.  Most of them handle electrical junctions, but a few might cover water connections.

Just a mere five years ago, the shopping center was DEAD in it's tracks.  Growing up, there was a Vons Pavilions here, and it closed back in the 1980s.  This center was so dead, that those temporary Halloween stores rented a spot with a 30 day lease for the month of October.  But now, this center is humming.  There is a supermarket, a gym, a pharmacy, numberous restaurants, and more.  Maybe there is some life in the OC economy.  Anyway, this is an easy cache, just a magnetic key holder with a $1 first to find prize.  Didn't want a hard one here, too many muggles!  So go "PUB Hopping" and make a quick grab here!
