Due to a build up of caches in the city itself I chose a different tactic for this one. First you must visit the church on the Mall in Armagh and work out the following. 1. There is a street light on a pole outside the church, there is a 4 digit number on it, the second digit will be A
2. How many circular panes of glass are included in the large centre window the number will be BC
3. Across the Mall and over the buildings is the famous Royal School, Armagh. What colour are the girls skirts at the school? 1=Black 2=Green 3=Grey 4=Navy. Answer will be D
4. How many countersunk panels are there in the 4 wooden doors at the front? Answer can be EF
This is Number 159 in a series that I am doing to prove that County Armagh has an incredible number of churches for such a small county. I know some of these churches already have caches nearby but this is a new series which can operate along side. They are nearly all micros or nanos and shouldn't be too hard to find. They are in no particular order and all these churches are all still functioning so you will be made very welcome at any of their services. While very few of the caches require you to go onto church property, please take time to walk round the grounds and enjoy the architecture and scenery. As a born again Christian myself we are truly blessed to have such a wide variety and choice of churches in the county and long may that continue.
