This cache is a followup to the original Treed placed two years ago just down the hill from this one. This new one is a bit more difficult to get to.
This cache is located up a hillside from the Brown Canyon Ranch Road. The container is the size of a one liter bottle and is a plactic bottle painted to blend in with its surrounding. It requires climbing up the slope of the hill. Many game trails criss-cross the area. Not a difficult hike. The original Treed cache seems to be popular with fellow geocachers so another is now in place. As always in the high desert, be aware of your surroundings. Desert critters may be present. Remember the warning, do not place your foot or hand anywhere you haven't looked first.
