Geocaching is inclusive, respectful and events like this are to help those who are new or old to the hobby to get to know each other. Geocaching is a great way to enjoy the great outdoors, stress less, get some incidental or active exercise, and have a great day out with a stranger who becomes a friend over a shared experience. But how do those strangers become acquaintances and perhaps friends?
Through networking events like this.... Whether you are a veteran or newbie you are invited to chat over coffee and/or breakfast at Me and Mrs Jones (corner of Gilles and Kennedy St Kingston). This is an early bird one and the the log will be available for signing from 8am - 8.45 am only. Of course you can stay as long as you like after that time. Or if you want more than caffeine and bacon, after the event a few of us in the Facebook Canberra Geocaching group are interested in a day trip touring wineries around Lake George. The winery tour is optional - this event is a breakfast networking event only.
