You are looking for a KFC (Kid Friendly Cache) with room for trade goods and I stocked it with small toys for the kids. It is well camo'd but it is Winter friendly. And the trails are great for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country sking as well as horse back riding. There is a dog paw print small charm in with the log sheet for the first to find to remember Max by. Congrats to sockmonkey12 on FTF. Accuracy of coords + or - 15".
About 2 weeks ago Max and I were walking this nice trail in North Hampton Park and he spotted a couple of deer. Now Max is Yellow Lab/Golden Retriever, almost 7 yrs old and 72 lbs of muscle and sinew. He bolted after the deer and took the lead rope right out of my hand. I chased him for about a 1/2 mile through the woods this cache is in before I got him back in hand. Today when I went out to find a place to put out the hide there was a deer in the middle of the trail that just stood there and did not go away. We have also seen a coyote, twice, in the trails. So have fun, take your kids and your dog for a walk and enjoy.
