This is a Challenge Cache. Finding the cache is easy; but completing the challenge beforehand might not be so quick. In order to claim the find after sigining the log, you must have first completed at least one Webcam Cache. The cache we've hidden is along Lavender Rd. in Ruskin, a fairly muggle-free location. Just use caution when pulling off on the side of the road as at the time of placing the cache, there were construction trucks driving by quite frequently. ANOTHER FTF! CREDIT GOES OUT TO PADREJIM. CONGRATULATIONS PADRE !!!
