Let's Try That Again #2 - Amazing Race Memory Traditional Cache

This series is dedicated to geocaching spots that once had caches, but saw them go away.  Sometimes the CO left the game, sometimes the cache was muggled and sometimes we don't know why it went away.  However, if the spot was worthy of a cache, I am going to try and bring you back, or maybe bring you here for the first time.

This time some of you will be coming back to a spot where there wasn't a traditional cache per se.  However, if you attended The Amazing Race Season 3 here in Cedar Creek Park, then you might remember this hide as a waypoint on the race.

In September 2014, mattscully and I hosted our first event, Amazing Race Season 3 - Cedar Creek Park (GC591XE).  There were 10 stages on this race and this hide was the spot for Stage 2.  Anyone who attended the race will remember that there were more containers here the last time they visited this spot.  Today you are just looking for one of them.

There is parking located close by and this cache is essentially available 24/7.  For those of you that attended AR3, I hope you had a good time.  For those of you who didn't, maybe we will see you at AR4?
