Geocache Description:

For several years I have been fascinated by the fact that the famed "Great Locomotive Chase" of the Civil War took place so near to this region; in fact, it occurred along the line from Atlanta to Chattanooga but came to a conclusion just north of Ringgold, Georgia. Recently I had the chance to see the actual "General" locomotive in person (see above picture), and, of course, being re-interested in the story I thought this tale would make for a good puzzle cache. So here you go!

This puzzle cache works just like any of my other typical historical puzzle caches: substitute the cooresponding numbers in for the letters in the coordinate set below. The actual cache a fun cammo'ed 5-gallon bucket filled with swag out hidden somewhere on the Biology Trails. Please remember to replace as found, or better! Special thanks to Big & Little Friend their assistance in the creation of this cache. They're awesome!! :D

Both parking and trailhead coordinates are one and the same as the listed coordinates for this cache.
