Edited 12/28/2014 This cache is in the William McKinley Peters Park in Dekalb County, GA. I have added a parking waypoint to help the finders get to the correct side of the creek. It seems that my coordinates are a bit loose after five readings, so I'm going to take a few more, and once that has been averaged i'll update the coordinates. I have also added a hint.
