A 6 mile walk over mud. Enjoy. No cattle, but did I mention there might be some mud?
This series is placed in honour of the UK's most prolific cache setter. Izaak Wilson.
He came. He set. He Retired.
Between Izaak, Poshrule and myself we have managed to cram about 6,000 caches into and around the Cachemuda Triangle (A14, A1 & A605) - that's a 35mm pot at the base of a post or tree every 161 metres for miles and miles in every direction. Posh has expanded into Somerset and I have placed a tentative foot into Carolynn's territory.
Izaak, however, has chosen to leave our golden shores and chase his first love. You can now find him pulling emos, oilies, Poogos, Faking 720s, pulling off Jasper Disasters and Walking the Cat whilst on his Stereo Stand playing with his Yolo plant, giving us the Cachezilla Flip and telling us all to SHOVE IT!. Yes, you'll find him on the nearest Skatepark ... but which one?
It is only fair, then, that I find the muddiest field and the most inhospitable of places to drop 35mm pots every 161m in memory of him
