Please use caution when crossing the street as there are cars exiting from the Belt as well as local traffic. Not a good idea to pull over here either, as it's a blind curve, there is plenty of parking nearby on 15th Ave, Independence Ave or Shore Pkwy. There are a few bike paths nearby and your pups will probably love this spot. Cache has room for some swag. There is a TB for FTF and also a camoed pill bottle container for the taking. Watch out for thorns at GZ.
Last Exit to Brooklyn is a 1964 novel by American author and Bay Ridge native Hubert Selby, Jr. The novel has become a cult classic because of its harsh, uncompromising look at lower class Brooklyn in the 1950s and for its brusque, everyman style of prose. In 1989, director Uli Edel helmed a film adaptation of the novel. While it's not the "Last Exit" off the Belt Parkway per se, from my perspective it is as I live a couple of blocks away and it's the exit right before the Verrazano bridge. Take a stroll along the shore or in Bay 8th Park or Dyker Park nearby and also visit some of mine and Bella Dyniece's nearby hides in the area.
Congrats to Junkman and NonaMirjana on the FTF.
