The Location
Arthur's Quay is located in the heart of Limerick. Just a turn off from O'Connor Street, the busiest street in Limerick with loads of shops and restaurants, the view here is so much different. You have one of Limerick's prestigious landmarks, St. Johns Castle in direct view from the east and the River Shannon all around. It is very close to the shopping center (right across from it), so many people both young and old visit this location to rewind. Buses from certain places stop off here, and go to other places as well. A Tourist Center is also here for all your questions about Limerick and the Munster Region.
The Cache
For those that know my caches, it is a small size cache, like a medicine box. Swag and trackables can fit, but please, don't plan on putting a big plushy teddy into it, as you may be disappointed. The logbook should last this cache well over a year, or two even, so make sure to place it right. The cache, in my opinion would not be recommended at night because of drunks and winos, but please still come here to visit this magical location. Stealth is required and please replace as found.
It is great to know that this is one of the most found caches in Limerick city and county with 50 finds less than six months after the cache being published. Thank you all, reading all of your logs is very interesting. Enjoy your trip in Ireland!
