This cache is dedicated to Big Eagle. He taught many of us the splendors of nature.
From the top of Tarantula hill, both Big Eagle's home and his beloved Santa Monica Mountains can be viewed. The Little Eaglets wanted to maintain one of his many geocaches. With the help of Big Foot Moose, this location was selected. A memorial travel bug was also created by his grandson (TB6D12B). Another cache has been placed on Elliott Mountain (what an honor!) in Wildwood (GC5WF2J). We appreciate all the kind words from his fellow trail workers and geocachers. Happy Hunting.
