Camp Maha is one of the six unique properties that the Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska has throughout the state. Camp Maha, situated on 142 acres of dense, mature woods, was established in 1936 and has been in continuous use ever since. It is the perfect setting for an outdoor experience full of exploration. The Bridge to Maha crosses a branch of Zwiebel Creek that flows into the Platte River near Highway 75. It used to be a narrow single lane bridge that crossed the creek. A few years ago the County widened the road over the bridge so that now if it was not for the guard rails you would not even realize you are crossing the small creek.
This is a two stage physical cache.
Stage one is located at the posted coordinates. When you find stage one it will give you the coordinates for stage two. I spoke to the Maha Camp Ranger and received permission to place stage one in its present location.
Added 10/15/2014: Congratulations to P&MJ for their FTF.
Added 01/02/2016: Although not the FTF for the original cache, congratulations to sockmo, dondei, and G.A.S.P. for being the first ones to find the cache in its new location.
