A 15-20 minute hike along a poorly marked snowmobile trail. Rocky in places with a moderate inclines, especially for the last 100'. You can not walk a straight line to this cache, watch for and follow the orange snowmobile poles and Diamond waymarkers in the trees around Hole-y-Rock waypoint
Once at GZ you are standing on top of a rockpile "exposed" by glacial activity of years ago! This is not a "Moraine" which is "deposited" by glaciers. We hope to soon post a nearby Earthcache explaining the process. Looking back slightly to the right (East) of the way you have just come, you will see the exposed "end" of a rock pile similar to what you are standing on. They used to be joined!
