This cache is hidden near a beautiful viewpoint surrounded by lush manzanita bushes. This is one of the few places in the southern Gulf Islands where you can find manzanita, which some people think of as the arbutus' little brother. On a clear day, look off to the southwest to the Olympic Mountains, while gazing west you'll see Maple Mountain and Mt. Prevost in the distance.
Start your search at the base of a manzanita bush close to the tower.
