Geocache Description:

Looking hard at something and knowing full well it is there for you to see if you only could. Arthur St. was named for Chester A. Arthur, the 21st president of the United States.

Arthur was vice-president under president James A. Garfield whose presidency lasted only 200 days and was the second US president to be assasinated while in office. Not all but many of the East/West streets in Normal Heights were named for US Presidents. Some of the names have been changed in more recent times to honor San diego civic leaders. This cache is a magnetic nano.
