#6 in the series is "Respects Others". The cache was placed to represent the 6th part of the Girl Scout Law ... "Respect Myself and Others".
There are so many ways to show others you respect an and appreciate them. One good way is to treat geoaches and letterboxes properly and to leave them in good shape. Be sure to carry extra log books, pencils, paper towels, and baby wipes with you when you cache. You never know when you might find the opportunity to "give back" and show you appreciate a CO's efforts to place caches by helping maintain or clean out a cache that has seen better days! Geocaching is also a great way to show respect for yourself ... getting outside, exercising, and enjoying a fun day of caching is good for you!
In letterboxing, you are supposed to use clues to help find the letterbox. If you have any questions about letterboxing and how it differs from geocaching, feel free to contact us. Letterboxing is a Brownie badge so we are trying to get more letterboxes in the area for local Brownies to find. Our clues will be simple so everyone can figure them out and the area Brownies can easily earn their badges.
Clue: Yukon Cornelius was looking for what?
Good luck!
Do not remove stamp or ink pad from this letterbox. These are not swag. These are for stamping in letterboxing journals.
