THE HORSE
The 9th-placed horse finished exactly mid-way between horses 8 & 10 --- as he became boxed-in and there was nowhere else for him to go. Despite not living in the most scenic locations, this tiny young gelding makes up for his surrondings by always carrying a jockey in brightly coloured silks that herald back to the swinging-60's and the age of hippies and flower-power. Unfortunatley for this little fellow, he got a stone stuck in his horse-shoe during the race - which will need to be removed before he is fit to race again.
