Near the Cadillac trailhead of the White Pine Trail State Park.
Because of a well worn path to the original hiding place, the cache has been moved a short distance to a new location and the Rubbermaid container replaced with an ammo box. It is located about 20' off the White Pine Trail, Michigan’s longest linear state park stretching from Comstock Park (near Grand Rapids) to Cadillac along an abandonded railroad grade. You can park at the south end and bicycle 94 miles to the cache. Or if you prefer, you can park at the Cadillac Staging Area which is only a 1/3 mile hike on the trail. The coordinates for the Cadillac parking area are N 44° 13.33’ and W 85° 25.62’.
