For all those folks thirsting for a simple cache before going to work in Old Town or Mission Valley.
This was the last place I saw Lucy the white Deer of Mission Hills. In mid-year 1975 I had just come to a stop at the freeway crossing looking south at the bus stop when, just above the bus stop on the hillside, I saw her. I had seen her one other time but not so well that I knew what I was looking at. Lucy died as a result of being over tranquilized when animal control people tried to move her herd to a safer location in December 1975. So much for unintended consequences.
