This magnetic-type micro cache (please bring a pencil) is located on a quiet cycle path in Warfield. Parking is available on local roads, but some parking is allocated so please be considerate when choosing your space. Alternatively, there is 2 hours free parking at the local supermarket, a five minute walk away. This cache is suitable for a cache and dash, little Geocachlets, dog walkers and wheelchairs. The cache contains simply a log, but there is a small FTF gift!
Walking further up the hill, and crossing a minor road, will lead you to Whitegrove Copse. The copse is a beautiful place filled with a variety of trees and pathways, although it can be muddy in winter or after heavy rain. The copse is at its’ best in spring when it is carpeted with bluebells. It also homes a variety of wildlife including green woodpeckers and foxes. In late summer there is an abundance of blackberries, as there is on the cycle path containing the all important cache!
At the time of placement there was no issue with brambles or nettles, although please take care! The area, linking housing estates, is often used by muggles so super-stealth may be required!
