Geocache Description:

This series is a poem I wrote in the spirit of a country song, which is about a guy who argues with his wife about going fishing (among other things). It leads from the main road out to Mona Reservoir Park, where you'll find some public restrooms, picnic tables, fire pits, and some good fishing (hopefully). I hope you enjoy!

Goin' Fishing

by Joe W.

2nd Verse:

I said “Can I go if I say ‘I’m wrong’?

The bigger fish only bite for so long…”

She began to yell, saying “Go to #%$-ell!”

And as I left I hummed my own little song:

Chorus:

“Sometimes a man needs his space to be fine.

He just needs some time to clear out his mind.

Maybe a beer again, or with a friend;

Sometimes all he needs is some alone time.”
