Dispose Properly Traditional Cache

I see these dispensers everywhere. Yet I am really sick of stepping in dog poop, smelling dog poop and finding these bags with dog poop along trails everywhere. I remember when people used their own dog poop bags and people did not throw trash on the ground. Now we pay people to clean for those who chose to not dispose properly. Now you be the light and dispose properly. As for the cache, please return cache to the same location with easy access to the rabbit ears .
