Geocache Description:

My daughter named this one, since there were VERY large Horsefly's up here.

You will need to park at the orange painted cable and walk up from there, (few 100 yards). The views up here are well worth the trip. We took a bunch of pictures but when I went to download them, I accidentally deleted them, so when you go up take lots of pictures and put them on your log.

We were up exploring while up camping and thought this area was well worth a cache.

There are a few ways into here. We came in from the road the the Mine and the shooting range is on. You can also come in from the Gold River Hwy just past the turnoff to the dam. Follow the gravel road that runs along side of the Hwy, when it crosses, that is the road you want to take. You will probably need a 4x4 to go up here, it is fairly steep in some spots.

We were really surprised that Vicmorda and Commonsense had not been up here yet, I'm sure they will be soon though.

The container is a small comoed preformed tube with a logbook. We forgot a pen and did not want to walk back to get one, so you will notice I wrote the name of the cache in with charcoal. Bring a pen and a camera.
