You are looking for a Camouflaged waterproof Match Stick tube, hanging in the Secret Tunnel.

The Little Bug Finder really liked this spot.  When you step through the leaves, you will see what he means.  Just steps from the trail and you will be in a "Secret Tunnel.  

CONGRATULATIONS TO FOAM FOLLOWERon being the FTF and on his 10,000 cache find! Now that's quite the achievement!
